All prices in the price guide apply to the Oak wood specie cabinets. For Maple, Hickory, Cherry, & Painted cabinets use the following multipliers. For Maple or Hickory - Add 13% to total price For Cherry - Add 17% to total price For Painted Wood Door Cabinets - Add 25% to total price. For Inset or Beaded Inset - Add 30% to cabinet price For Full Overlay or Modified Overlay - Add 5% to cabinet price For Glazes - Add an additional 15% to total price. If a cabinet in the price guide shows a $100.00 cost, that is your actual cost if the cabinet in Oak. If you want the cabinet in Maple or Hickory, you will add 13% to the cost. $100.00 x 1.13 = $113.00. The simplest way to figure this is to add up all the cabinets you need and then add on the multipliers. If you total cost of cabinetry in Oak is $1000.00 and you want them in Maple and you want a Glazed finish, you would have $1000.00 for basic cost of cabinets, plus $113.00 for maple upcharge ( $1000.00 x .13) and $150.00 upcharge for Glazing ($1000.00 x .15) This would make a total of $1263.00. (Note: Do not apply upcharges to non-wood accessory items such as Tilt-Out Sink Trays or Roll Out Trash Cans. Upcharges apply only to cabinets and moldings.)
