Because
of the nature of our products, we must vary our returned goods
policy from that of many websites. When ordering items such
as a book or CD, most of these type companies are willing to
accept them back if you wish to return them. They simply put
them back in stock and resell them to the next person who wants
that item.
With custom built-to-order cabinetry it is a little different.
Each set is unique. You choose the sizes, door style, drawer
style, color, accessories to build in, plus many other features.
We then custom manufacture the cabinetry for you. The odds of
someone else have the exact same kitchen measurements, wanting
the exact same doorstyle, exact same color, and exact same features
would be astronomical.
Therefore we cannot accept returns on our custom built-to-order
cabinetry.
To avoid having a problem, where you would want to return anything,
we make every effort possible to make sure we have your order
correct before building it. We send you either a full color
door catalog or an actual door sample for you to pick your door
style from. We send you actual color samples for you to pick
your stain or paint color from. We have you check and recheck
your measurements to be sure they are correct. All the exact
specifications for our cabinetry are listed here on the website
so that nothing gets misrepresented.
The only real place for error is if we get a wrong measurement
from you, so always double check your measurements. We will
send you an itemized list of the cabinetry we are building for
you so you can study it and be sure everything is correct and
that every cabinet will fit. Your itemized list will include
the cabinet height and width, which side the door is hinged
on, any finished ends needed, color, doorstyle, and any special
modifications being made. We work very close with you up front
to be sure we have everything correct before we even accept
an order. This generally insures no problem later. |

In
the event we should error, and a cabinet is not the right size
or doesn't have a special modification listed on your itemized
list, or for any reason is not as shown on your itemized list,
then we will quickly replace it, repair it, or send you the
missing parts.
In short, anything that is our fault we will replace for free,
anything that is your fault will have to be reordered at regular
price. Depending on the problem, we may be able to modify an
incorrectly ordered cabinet for you. We are always ready to
help you figure the best way to resolve a problem, should you
find something is not fitting correctly. We rarely have a problem
with either of these issues because of the time spent up front
getting everything right to start with. |

| RGA
Numbers - If for any reason you are returning an item to us,
you must first get an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number
from us. We will not accept return delivery on any items that
do not have an RGA number. |
