be modified as needed to fit most design projects. Our Standard
Design Package
provides you with black & white line art drawings of each
perspective and a floor plan, while our Deluxe Design Package
gives you full color near photo quality perspectives. You
can even pick out the colors for the wall paper, floorings,
and countertops on line.

This unique & innovative service allows you to pick out
all the colors you want to see on your design online. With it
you will receive the following:

to 5 full color near photo quality perspectives showing

full color near photo quality overhead view
You
pick the colors we use for countertops-flooring-wallpaper

The
$100.00 & $250.00 prices apply for most standard kitchen
layouts. In some cases where you may have a more complex plan
that will require more time to prepare, these price will be
slightly higher. If your plan has more than 3 walls of cabinetry
or non-standard angles prices will be slightly higher. If your
plan requires more than 5 perspectives to show all views prices
will be slightly higher. In any case where pricing will be higher
than specified here, we will notify you in advance of the correct
price before any plans are drawn. Very seldom do the prices
for initial plans run over an additional $50.00. For an additional
$20.00 on either package, we will also furnish you with detailed
black & white elevations of each wall showing all wall dimensions
& cabinet sizes. We will make one revision to your plans
at no charge. After that revision charges will be billed by
amount of time spent on the revision. You should find these
prices far below the design prices most Kitchen Design firms
are charging for these same services.
