work you did making our kitchen cabinets and the two special
pieces of furniture for our bathroom! The quality of workmanship
was extraordinary, and the customer service was even better!
I am so impressed with the way you have used the Internet,
phones, and FAX to make your company seem to be next door
instead of in Tupelo, Mississippi. Your accuracy of measurements
was right on the money so everything fit correctly. I
have been bragging about you and your company because
I would like to see more people experience what it means
to work with a high quality, dependable, service orientated
company! I think that it is prudent to be careful when
choosing a company over the Internet but you have completely
dispelled any fear I might have had.
I am also impressed with your ability to suggest improvements
to the project when I wasn't sure what to do! I have come
to think of you as a friend, and the crazy thing is we
haven't even met face to face! I was unsure of my ability
to install a complete kitchen since I have never done
anything like this before, but you were always there by
phone, fax, or Internet to answer questions and to make

Cabinets
arrived last Thursday morning. There wasn't even a scratch
on any of the containers. I wasn't able to start un-packing
the crates/boxes until Friday afternoon. You guys pack
everything extremely well. It took me and my 12 year old
daughter until well past midnight to get everything unwrapped.
It was like Christmas. As we opened each piece we marveled
at the beauty of the wood and carefully checked for defects.
Not one problem. All dimensions are exactly correct. Anyway,
I just wanted to say thanks. Everyone told me I was nuts
for ordering cabinets out of state and over the Internet.
But I am very happy with the result. If you have any skeptical
customers have them give me a call.
